Shortly after 11PM Holley firefighters with mutual assistance from Albion F.A.S.T., Brockport an engine, Holley Ambulance and Monroe ALS were dispatched to a house fire on Franklin St. in the village. Village Police department was on scene first and reported heavy smoke and flames from the attic. Holley 1 arrived on scene and confirmed the police departments report and declared a working fire and further requested a rescue from Clarendon, rescue from Morton and an engine from Hulberton.  Holley 40  arrived and laid in from the corner of Main and Franklin and made a quick knock down to the attic fire.  A firefighter was sent to the hospital with smoke inhalation and was treated and released.  Fire fighters were on scene for several hours completing overhaul and assisting the investigators.
